ResponsibilitiesAssist with general civil and construction duties as assigned.Perform a variety of tasks across different work areas to support daily operations.Supervise small teams and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.Provide support in site preparation, material handling, and basic maintenance activities.Operate tools and equipment relevant to civil/construction work.Contribute to a safe working environment by following site procedures and safety guidelines.RequirementsProven experience in civil work and/or construction.Ability to multitask and adapt to various roles as needed.Experience supervising small teams.Experience operating machinery such as cranes, telehandlers, or similar equipment would be an asset.Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.Willingness to perform hands-on, physical tasks as required.
