ResponsibilitiesManage, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of field engineersPlan and execute field engineering to ensure they are completed on time and within budgetAllocate resources, which can include staffing, equipment, and budgetAssign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct performance feedbackConduct site inspections and provide on-site technical guidanceImplement quality control procedures and ensure work complies with standards and specificationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during projectsReview and approve engineering designs, technical documentation, and project plansEnsure compliance with industry standards and safety regulationsCollaborate with various departments, such as project management, RF teams, and other infrastructure teamsCommunicate with clients, customers, and senior management on project status and technical mattersPrepare and present project updates, reports, and findingsDocument construction activities, including logs, progress, and inspection reportsDevelop and manage project budgets, and control costsDevelop and implement engineering strategies and initiatives to drive technical excellenceQualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?
