Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Executive role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding territory sales activities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and supporting customers with product information. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with the team to meet company objectives. Field Executives will spend a significant amount of time meeting with customers on-site to better understand and meet their needs. Qualifications Experience in sales and client management, including territory sales and customer engagementUnderstanding of industrial automation products such as sensors, motion devices, and controllersProficiency in market research, trend analysis, and identifying business opportunitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCapability to work independently in outdoor and on-site environmentsFluency in local language and proficiency in English is preferredKnowledge or experience in the automation industry is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
