Field Marketing & Lead Generation Manager Contract ; 11 monthsHybird Dublin (one day in the office)Salary ; €80k - €90k paWe’re looking for a Field Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of trade shows, experiential activations, and offline pipeline growth across Ireland, France, and Spain. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being at the centre of event execution, cross-functional coordination, and turning in-person activity into real revenue impact.What You’ll OwnDeliver and manage European trade shows and field events end-to-end — booking stands, managing vendors, coordinating creative, handling logistics, and leading on-site execution.Plan and run experiential marketing activations that build brand presence and drive high-quality leads.Turn offline activity into pipeline by managing lead capture, qualification, and routing through Salesforce.Work closely with sales to ensure fast follow-up, clear visibility of event performance, and tight alignment on targets.Lead offline and hybrid campaigns including direct mail, webinars, partnerships, and regional marketing initiatives.Track, report, and optimise event and campaign performance using data and insight to continuously improve.Collaborate with creative, product marketing, analytics, and wider marketing teams across multiple regions.What You BringStrong background in field marketing, trade shows, or experiential event management.Proven success running end-to-end events — logistics, planning, staffing, budgets, vendor management, booth experience, and post-event lead handling.Confident working with Salesforce for campaign setup, lead routing, and pipeline tracking.Experience generating and qualifying leads from offline channels, not just digital.A hands-on mindset — comfortable rolling up your sleeves and owning execution from start to finish.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across multiple markets.Experience in B2B, SaaS, tech, or payments is an advantage.
