From launching cutting-edge technologies like 5G to driving digital inclusion and sustainability, working at Smart means being part of something bigger.Join us to thrive in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your work helps build a smarter, more connected Cambodia.Job ResponsibilitiesThe Field Ops Engineer is to maintain, troubleshooting, operate and install of power system, radio station and transmission to ensure the recovery of system within defined SLA.To manage and assign tasks to Field Ops team (Center + Regional) to preventive and fix cells/sites downTo do commissioning Wireless 2G, 3G, LTE to on air To check cells/sites performance, add, delete, modify neighboring cell, changing RF, Up-link/Downlink Bandwidth, IP configuration on eNodeBTo do trouble shooting and restoring of Radio system (2G/3G/4G) as defined in SLATo work with vendors for escalation and follow-up, equipment repairing, trouble ticket and other issues related to the systemTo support related department base on project or emergency caseTo install new equipment and expanse system capacityTo install power supply system equipment like rectifier system, ATS and battery & do expansion and reshuffle power supply systemTo do preventive and troubleshooting of climate system like aircon and cooling systemTo do preventive and maintenance of power equipment: Rectifier system, ATS, Hybrid system, solar panels and controller module, and grounding system as approved scheduleTo complete all other activities assigned by manager as per management decisionJob RequirementsEducation And KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Telecom, Network, IT, Electricity and Electronic2 years of working experienced in operation and Maintenance of Transmission, Radio and power supplyExperiences on operation and maintenance, troubleshooting related to telecommunication sectorSpecific SkillsKnowledge and ability to diagnose technical problems and ensure continuous improvement of both the quality of service delivered and the network's operational efficiencyKnowledge and ability monitoring, including the verification of performance, inspection of the works and ensuring adherence to quality, costs and timelinesKnowledge and ability to initiate, plan, execute and monitor projects or programs, while managing time, costs and qualityKnowledge and ability to build, roll-out or update telecommunications networks and service platformsKnowledge and ability to maintain telecommunications systems and equipment to ensure effective operational performance and continuity of serviceJoin Our Team – Apply NowThank you for your interest in joining Smart Axiata!To apply, please complete the application form and upload your CV in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format (maximum file size: 3MB).Alternatively, you may submit your CV directly to [email protected].Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
