RensSoft Solutions Limited is looking for Field Sales & Marketing ExecutiveKey PointsLooking for proactive candidates to generate sales leads and gain hands-on experience. Develop business skills, grow your network, and earn performance-based incentives.Job Description / ResponsibilityVisit clients with the given details in different hospital or doctors` chamber locations.Promote software service to healthcare professionals.Show demonstration of the product in front of the clients.Represent our brand with professionalism.Ensure ethical and process-driven sales.Support customers during onboarding. Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients for sales closing purposes and managing relationships.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities.Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.Scheduling appointments with prospective clients to discuss products or services offered by the company.Creating client proposals based on product information provided by the company.Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations.Duty Hour (Full Time): 10:00 am to 10:00 pm with a lunch break from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsDiplomaBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.BBA/MBA in Marketing is preferable.Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Sales, Corporate Marketing, Client Service/ Marketing, Field Visit, Client Management, Field Operation, Marketing and Sales, Sales Executive, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Group of Companies,Healthcare Startup,Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup,Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup,Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup,Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) StartupAdditional RequirementsProven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in the software/Healthtech industry.Demonstrated success in software sales or a related field.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical software solutions to non-technical customers.Strong closing skills and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools and techniques.
