K & A Logistics Ltd. is looking for Sales and Marketing Executive (inbound/outbound Travels & Tours)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Market Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and implement sales strategies for assigned markets to achieve annual targets.Analyses market trends, cultural expectations, and buyer behavior to adapt product offerings.Identify and target high-potential partners (travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients) in assigned regions.Introduce customized travel packages suited to market needs.Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling relevant services.Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and manage a network of agents, operators, and B2B partners in assigned markets.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with overseas partners.Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to drive repeat business.Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels. Market Representation & BrandingRepresent the company at international travel fairs, exhibitions, and trade events relevant to assigned regions.Organize roadshows, sales calls, and familiarization (FAM) trips for agents.Act as the brand ambassador for the company in assigned markets.Reporting & AdministrationMaintain a detailed database of clients, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.Submit monthly and quarterly market performance reports.Provide market intelligence to management for strategy updatesPERFORMANCE MEASURES Sales & RevenueAchievement of annual sales targets for assigned markets.Quarterly revenue growth compared to previous year for that market.Average revenue per client/partner in assigned markets.Number of packages sold/upgraded (upselling & cross-selling success). Client MetricsClient retention rate of 90% in assigned markets.Percentage of repeat business from existing partners. Operational MetricsConversion rate 90% of proposals to confirmed bookings in assigned markets.Timeliness and accuracy of quotations provided.Reduction in sales-related complaints from clients.Engagement & RepresentationParticipation in minimum 3 international fairs/roadshows annually for assigned markets.Number of sales calls, online meetings, or roadshows conducted per quarter.Number of FAM trips organized for agents/operators. Reporting & ComplianceTimely submission of monthly/quarterly reports.CRM accuracy for leads, opportunities, and client interactions.100% compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines. Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in ManagementBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality ManagementSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Travel and Tourism, Hotel and Hospitality ManagementExperience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Travel Agent,Tour OperatorAdditional RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.3-5 years of experience in tourism sales, with at least 2–3 years focusing on international markets.Established network of agents and partners in assigned markets (preferred). Experience participating in international travel trade fairs and roadshows. SKILLS:Strong knowledge of inbound tourism products and global travel trends.Deep understanding of cultural and business practices in assigned regions.Proven ability to close high-value deals and build strategic partnerships.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Leadership and coaching abilities to guide junior staff.Analytical skills for interpreting market data and sales performance.
