The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing field service tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.QualificationsLicensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer (required)With 2-3 years of work experience as a Service Engineer in the heavy equipment industry (required)Skilled in troubleshooting, commissioning and diagnostics (on-site repair)Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reports documentationLicensed to drive 4-wheel vehicles (Restriction codes B,B1,B2)Excellent communication and coordination skillsAble to work on-site and as an office based engineerWilling to travel and work on customer sites when neededWilling to work on rest days and holidays if requiredTrustworthy, reliable and able to follow instructions with a positive attitude
