As a member of our award-winning Field Service team, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting our award-winning games at our customer sites. Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM's (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG's (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, keeping in accordance with Gaming Commission and company standards and specifications.
Ensure proper operations of the EGM's, and ETG's via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testingNavigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM's statusWhere applicable, assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.
Complete accurate Incident Reports in accordance with the Gaming Commission and company standardsComplete required maintenance records in a clear and precise mannerComplete detailed daily/weekly tech logsAdhere to L&W's Field Service established standards, policies, and proceduresFollow L&W's safety procedures (vehicle safety, loading games, ladder use, and electricity)Ensures all tools and equipment used are kept in proper, safe, and working conditionStay current with all Light & Wonder Field Advisories and eLearningReview customer issues with management, and technical lead as they ariseQualificationsQualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as requiredOne year experience in the assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent. Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly levelBasic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devicesBasic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshootingMust be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
on a regular basis for short distancesTransport heavy equipment using proper moving devicesDemonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power toolsBasic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operationBasic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Ability to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manualsAble to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervisionAbility to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externallyBasic knowledge of current Light & Wonder gaming devices to the assembly levelGood problem-solving skillsTravel requirements may include working at other facilities within our departmentEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
