Operating globally, they work with multiple major Fortune 100 Businesses.We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Services Technician to join our expanding team in Małopolska, Poland.Job Profile for Field Services Technician:Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Provide installation, service and troubleshooting support on industrial machinery and automated/engineered systems at company service centres and customer facilities throughout the worldConduct training for customersCoordinate scheduling of service jobsEnsure that safety and quality standards are metCreate quotes and work orders on customer service jobs, as well as spare parts and accessories ordersWork with the Quality Manager on warranty jobs to accurately capture warranty costs, look at root cause issues, and, if appropriate, pass the cost back to the supplier of a failed partPromote and drive company connect services and technologyAct as subject matter expert on the company system and the equipment it monitorsCreate service agreement contracts with customers and maintain executed service agreement filesImplement newly executed service agreement contractsUse the company's tool to proactively monitor customer equipmentMake outbound calls to existing customers to check in on how their equipment is workingStay a step ahead of customers by looking for signs that their equipment is malfunctioning and reaching out to address problemsMaintain a log of customer equipment issuesPack and ship spare parts orders to customersProvide input to the engineering/product development team on machine design, serviceability, etc.Represent yourself and the Company professionally and in accordance with the Code of Conduct PolicyCandidate Profile for Field Services TechnicianMust be fluent in Polish and English, both written and spokenAssociate degree in a related technical field or equivalent on-the-job trainingKnowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of industrial machineryProficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP systems, and the Google suite of productsExcellent customer service skills that demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyaltyAvailable and willing to travel 25% of the timeAble to read technical drawings and electrical schematicsExpert in troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAble to effectively apply technical and logical methodologies to solve problemsCompetent in resolving customer issues and creating value for both customers and the company in a professional mannerAble to prioritise critical tasksEffectively schedule workload, material and parts needed to complete tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the customerAdapts to and is effective in diverse international culturesMotivated and dedicated to gaining knowledge that provides added value to the companyTreat others with sensitivity, dignity, and honestyCompetent in dealing with engineers and managers at customer sites
