Field Service Technician

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES• Perform site inspection, installation, debugging, testing and delivery new device(CT/MRI/X-Ray ) in customer site;• Complete assigned preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure device in the best performance;• Provide technical support to customers and distributors, and maintain high customer satisfaction;• Provide basic application training to customers;• Perform spare parts management and routine service arrangement;• Assist sales manager in service sales issue;• Communicate and report to service management head office in China.KEY COMPETENCIES• Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Automation or above. Lower degree with more related working experience would be considered as well;• At least two-year working experience in CT/MRI installation and maintenance, experienced in Nuclear machine experience preferred ;• Good in English speaking and writing;• Capable of work to strict deadlines, sometimes under pressure;• Target driven and good team player;• Good communication skills.Experienced in Service Sales working preferred.
