Field Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role located in Bolton, ON. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including cabling and hardware systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing site visits, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring systems meet operational standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members, documenting service work, and assisting in project implementation as required. Qualifications Proficiency in IT and telecommunications systems, including hardware installation, cabling, and maintenanceExperience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management skills for project coordination and on-site workflowsAbility to work collaboratively in team settings as well as independentlyFamiliarity with safety standards and protocols for IT infrastructure workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a similar role and relevant certifications (e.g., BICSI, CompTIA) are a plusA valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various sites
