Providing real-time, comprehensive, life-long solutions, its vision is to enable effective and affordable healthcare solutions for all.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) instruments, ensuring optimal system performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.Responsibilities:Conducting installations, upgrades, routine maintenance, diagnostics and repair of laboratory equipment;Communication with customers;Consulting company employees on equipment;Performing administrative tasks within the specified timeframes and informing the manager about any difficulties that arise; strict adherence to quality regulations;Accounting for used spare parts;Filling out and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the CRM system;Interacting with customer service specialists to ensure the best quality of support;Compliance with the company's rules in the field of discipline and communication ethics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline;3 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of medical equipment, preferably laboratory equipment.;Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems of customers;Ability to prioritise and manage assigned service tasks within a limited time;Skills in working and interacting in a cross-functional team;The balance between technical expertise and communication skills with customers.Good English skills, both verbal and written;Ready for travelling 80%.What we offer:Fully remote work, providing the flexibility needed in today’s world.A dynamic and mission-driven work environment.A collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.Supportive colleagues are committed to your professional growth.Comprehensive benefits package.Please make sure you upload a CV in English, as well as a portfolio in your application (if applicable)We take data protection very seriously and understand the importance of protecting your privacy and Personal Information.
