The role is also responsible to provide extendable support for implementing Projects driven by Professional Services Manager. An ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements proactively and ensuring all SLA and Project Timelines.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis role reports to the Team Lead, Customer Support – Trapeze Group Middle East for providing technical support for Transportation Application and Hardware Products.The role is also responsible to provide extendable support for implementing Projects driven by Professional Services Manager. An ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements proactively and ensuring all SLA and Project Timelines.Key Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and repair problems with malfunctioning Electronics circuitry, ineffective electronic pieces, and inoperative parts.Execution of Proof of Concept (POC) Projects at customer site.Maintain all equipment and components by performing scheduled repair or maintenance tasks.Ensuring calibration or proper functioning of equipment and scheduling replacement when needed.Proactively monitor and maintain customer systems to help meet contracted SLAsUnderstand customer expectations and address their requirements at the desirable customer satisfaction levelEnsure all Trapeze processes are followed, and documentation is supplied accurately and on-timeCommunicate with all customers and other Trapeze staff in an open, clear and respectful manner.Education and ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Electronics and Communication engineering.Minimum of 2 to 3 Years experience in Electronics devices installation, IT Systems installation, trouble shooting and technical demonstrations.Strong knowledge on Electronics circuitry and Functional skills.Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.Education and ExperienceDiploma or Degree in Electronics and Communication engineering.Minimum of 2 to 3 Years experience in Electronics devices installation, IT Systems installation, trouble shooting and technical demonstrations.Strong knowledge on Electronics circuitry and Functional skillsCandidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.
