We’re looking for a Finance Accounting Executive to join our growing team who can manage budget forecasts and keep track of our financial growth milestones. You’ll manage our spending plans, publish regular income statements, and implement initiatives to help improve our financial health.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage financial budgets and track the actual performance against targetsPrepare monthly income statement and cash flow statementsCreate and report quarterly and annual balance sheet statementsProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely paymentsAssist the Sales team with creating and tracking invoices for customersKeep an accurate record of all financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and paymentsEnsure regulatory and tax compliance with the relevant authority guidelinesHelp develop and maintain financial policies to strengthen our financial performanceRequirementsAt least 3 years of working experience in a Finance/Accounting roleA bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar roleSolid fundamental knowledge in financial budgeting, forecasting, and reportingHardworking, good communicator, and a team playerExperience in a Tax or Legal role is a PlusExperience working in an FMCG or Beverage company is a PlusKnowledge about K-Culture (K-Drama, K-Pop, lifestyle, trends) is a PlusFluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Conversational English.
