The role involves overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing accounting processes and systems, ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements, and supervising a team of finance and accounting professionals. Additional responsibilities include providing insights for strategic financial planning, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with other departments to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills and ability to make data-driven decisionsComprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practicesExperience using Accounting Software and other relevant toolsStrong organizational, leadership, and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)Prior experience in a supervisory role within finance or accounting
