The successful candidate will analyze market trends, demand patterns, and performance metrics, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, accuracy, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.Reports toFinancial Director / Group General ManagerResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement revenue strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and demand forecasting.Manage pricing structures, rate distribution, and inventory control across all channels.Ensure effective use of RMS, PMS, and OTA extranets.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment in business strategies.Prepare detailed reports and performance insights for senior management.Evaluate promotions and packages to ensure profitability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.Previous experience in Revenue Management within the hotel sector is essential.Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and revenue management tools.Ability to work with precision and make decisions based on data insights.Fluency in Greek and English.The Company OffersFull-time employment with competitive salary.Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic hospitality group.Supportive and collaborative working environment.IndustryHospitalityEmployment TypeFull Time
