This role provides tailored advice and business case support to key stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions and contributing to Myer’s factory-to-customer transformation. About the role: Assist in the month end, budget and forecasting processes for Marketing, Digital & Loyalty for Apparel Brands Assist in ad hoc projects and analysis and assist with value-add projects on day to day duties and processes Analyse financial data and results to educate the Marketing, Digital & Loyalty businesses on the levers of success and opportunities to improve profitability to inform strategic decision making Assist in preparation of monthly performance reporting, metrics submissions and commentary for the Board & EGM, as required Work with key stakeholders to build detailed budgets and forecasts Preparation of presentation of monthly results and forecasts for key stakeholders Ad hoc duties as required About you: 3+ years‘ experience in a commercial or business partnering role CA or CPA qualified or similar qualification, with previous experience in a Commercial Finance environment Previous experience in Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, logistics or a similar diversified sector, preferred Strong excel modelling skills with previous experience working with large data sets Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills with high attention to detail Strong commercial acumen with an ability to establish a deep understanding of any business problem being analysed A positive approach to challenge and change with the ability to be agile and adaptable Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders A proven ability to challenge and influence key business stakeholders and processes to drive the best possible outcome for the organisation Benefits to you: Generous team member discounts on all Myer products, including team-member exclusive discounts.Access to lifestyle leave and volunteer leave - arrange work around your life, not life around work.A supportive leadership and team network to set you up for success.Career growth and succession opportunities across the business.Here, you’re not only an employee.
