Switch Media Limited (fully owned by the Kenya Red Cross Society) is an innovative institution committed to nurturing media excellence as well as inspiring and educating youths in Africa.We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Finance and Admin Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing accounting procedures and processes - Maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers for consistent bookkeeping and budgetary analysisEnsure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, assist in tax payments/returns and preparation for auditsProvide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and clients to ensure smooth financial operationsAssist in administrative dutiesQualifications:Completed Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related fieldStrong attention to detailKnowledge of accounting principlesExcellent written and verbal communicationsAbility to handle information confidentially Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS ExcelProven experience meeting regular deadlinesHOW YOU CAN JOIN US:Apply strictly through https://www.switchmedia.ke/careers so as to reach us not later than Thursday, 27th November 2025.
