​​​Inventors of Brand Power - the most powerful, iconic TV ad platform driving brand sales. Creators of Home Tester Club - the world's largest digital community of shoppers delivering social proof content. Hybrid work model - work 2 days from the office, 3 from home.Competitive package, including 14 days' vacation, additional leave entitlements & medical benefits. The Role The Finance and Administration Officer is a key support role in ensuring proper functioning of finance for our entities throughout the world.Reporting to the Finance & Operations Manager - APAC, you will primarily focus on the maintenance of the accounts payable system, ensuring the correct coding of invoices and expense claims (including tax allocations) across several international markets.This role will also support the People & Culture and admin departments for Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines assisting with the onboarding of new employees and management of office expenses. You will work as part of a collaborative and goal-oriented team and be responsible for dealing in a multiple entity/currency and SOX compliant environment, as well as abiding by local accounting/tax rules and regulations.This is a remote role from the rest of the finance team who are located In Australia and Canada and therefore strong communication, self-motivation and time management skills are essential for being successful in this role.Previous experience working with SOX or within a multi-country and multi-currency environment is highly desirable.The Brand Power Company The Brand Power Company, a WPP company, is the world’s leading provider of endorsement advertising platforms across television, digital and social, including Brand Power, Medifacts, and Home Tester Club. We’re big fans of authentic.
