Job DetailsPosition TitleFinance AssistantReports toFinance ManagerDivision FinanceGradeDepartmentFinanceJob PurposeTo ensure accurate and efficient handling of daily financial transactions, including cash, cheque, and foreign currency operations, along with maintaining proper records, processing payments, and supporting administrative and reporting functions.Functional AccountabilitiesArea of Contribution Key ActivitiesFinancialProcessResponsible for handling every day for cash and cheque for deposit Filling payment vouchers and duty free sheets Visting post office in a weekly basis Responsible for handling cheques payment and transfer for signature Foreign currency transactions Record keeping and reporting Transaction processing scan items process returns and exchanges and issue receiptsCustomer and ReportingCommunication & Working Relationships InternalReporting Managers and Supervisors of DepartmentsReasons for InteractionRegarding Verification of Documents and Ground Handling OperationsExternal Police, Customs and suppliersReasons for InteractionTo Verify goods and FTI items for custom clearance process for a smooth operationQualificationsQualifications, Experience, & SkillsEducational QualificationsMinimum intermediate standard education required.
