Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly structured, detail-oriented Financial Manager to lead our financial operations, manage auditors, drive financial accuracy, and support strategic decision-making through data analysis.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingOversee all day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and compliance procedures.Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Audit & ComplianceLead and coordinate the full audit cycle with external auditors.Ensure adherence to UAE/GCC financial regulations, VAT requirements, and company policies.Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.Data Analysis & StrategyAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions across departments.Track KPIs and develop dashboards to guide senior management.Accounting OperationsSupervise and develop the internal accounting team.Ensure accurate reconciliation, inventory accounting, payables/receivables, and cost analysis.Implement best-practice processes to guarantee structure, accuracy, and accountability.🎯 RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a GCC-based Financial/Accounting role.Arabic speaker preferred.Must be based in Dubai.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, GCC compliance standards, and IFRS.Proven ability to work with auditors and lead annual audits independently.Highly structured, organized, and detail-driven.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is a plus.🌟 What We OfferA dynamic, fast-growing environment with a mission-driven, creative team.Opportunity to shape the financial backbone of a global brand.Competitive compensation package.Growth and leadership opportunities within the company.
