The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. ResponsibilitiesDrive Financial planning and ensure overall Performance consistance & quality.Animate Performance reporting & finance business review calendar.Provide ad-hoc analysis for zone tactical business decision.Drive governance with Business Finance CoCe.Manage and challenge SFC across Territory (whenever Territory scope is applicable).Target setting and Forecast on SFC and follow up.Support Global organizations staff costs deep-dive.Control overall SFC consistency, allocations and cross charges schemes.Efficiency leader.Drive Digitalization.Ensure sustainable processes to avoid manual intervention.Digital Transformation Leader of the finance function.Develop digital mindset and skills across Territory finance.Subject matter expert and decision influencer by SEM (Product, Systems, Services, Digital): develop and provide expertise on key Business drivers to support decision making process (financial data driven) in the Zone.Partner and challenger of key Business leaders to drive sustainable and profitable growth.Participate to key Governance committees.Manages, support and control finance performance for simple project business & service.E-Flow business from Selling to Execution phase.Providing detailed & critical analysis for the whole Portfolio.Expert referent for Project & E-Flow scope.Attend key Business committees (i.e. SOC, bid approval, REL).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience as Finance Business partner in multinational companies Proficiency with current financial softwareUnderstanding of US GAAPKnowledge Of Transactional Sales By Channels And DistributorsEnglish proficiency advanced
