In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing profitability and guiding strategic decision-making with advanced financial analysis and reporting. The Europe Finance team is looking for a driven individual with profound financial knowledge and robust leadership capabilities to bolster its operations.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:Drive key financial processes: Lead the oversight of pre-close financials, make corrective adjustments, and take charge of preparing forecasts for both Opex and Capex to ensure planning accuracy.Collaborate and deliver insights: Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders while providing comprehensive monthly flash reporting and insightful analysis to enhance understanding and aid decision-making.Ensure compliance and manage risk: Conduct in-depth risk analysis, provide recommendations for necessary business process changes to address financial misstatement risks, and ensure consistent data sets to support reporting toolsWhat You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have:More than eight years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience in similar roles.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and advanced proficiency in Excel.Proven ability in strategic thinking and leadership, with experience leading or mentoring junior team members.A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
