In this role, you will monitor account performance, analyze revenue, pricing, and expenses, and deliver insights and recommendations to business leaders. You’ll lead complex financial analysis, prepare forecasts, and develop innovative methods to present financial results to stakeholders at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to make a strong impact in a dynamic, international environment.What You'll DoMonitor portfolio of channels / accounts from a financial perspective and identify issues / trends that need to be brought to the attention of business teams or senior managementInterpret financial information on revenue, prices and expenses and make recommendations to business teams or senior management. Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects.Prepare in-depth evaluations of plans and identify new methods of analysis and presentation to colleagues with differing levels of financial knowledge and acumen.Prepare forecasts and analyze the company’s short, medium, and long term position.What You'll Bring5-7 years of experience relevant to FP&A.Strong business acumen in process improvement, demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing and plants operations.Experienced in supporting high performing Finance team and developing talent.Strong understanding and practical skills in relevant systems (i.e. EDW, ERP system (SAP preferred), MS Office, Hyperion or similar local application.Language (English / Relevant to Hub).Strong communication & collaboration skillsNote: We welcome non-traditional backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every listed qualification.Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
