It is also expected that value adding insights to the performance of the business will be provided including profit improvement opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis of Asia budget and forecast model, including but not limited to, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow modelling.Prepare monthly analytical reports (group reporting pack and regional review).Ad-hoc analytical support, scenario modelling, and what-if-analysis to assist the business make informed and profitable decisions.Conduct clear and articulate presentation of work performed to key stakeholders.Continual improvement of systems, processes and reporting.Provide support to the Finance Operations Team, particularly during month end and year end periods.Understand industry trends to identify and communicate opportunities and risks to the business.Coordinate with shared service team in China to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of month-end closing activities and reporting packages.Job RequirementsDegree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business.At least 4 years FP&A/ business analysis experience in multinational FMCG/retail companies.Experience in budgeting and forecastingDetailed understanding of Profit & Loss margins at a customer, category, and total business levelExperience in financial and operational reportingStrong analytical skills and solid accounting knowledgeDynamic, self-driven, adaptive and able to work in fast paced work environmentExcellent in spoken and written English & ChineseCandidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager roleH&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
