As the Finance Controller, your mission will be to bring forward sharp insights and detailed reports that directly shape how we evolve.You’ll be working closely with the Group CFO and Finance Lead, to not only strengthen our global processes but also take full financial ownership of one of our international Norrsken Houses.This role isn't just about closing the books; it's about building the financial backbone for our growing, global ecosystem - consisting of Norrsken Houses, funds and strategic initiatives. You’ll be instrumental to Norrsken’s ability to execute on our vision of supporting entrepreneurs through these initiatives.Your responsibilitiesYou’ll have a dual focus, supporting both our central financial operations and being responsible for financial reporting in a specific market.On Group-level;Support month-end and annual reporting while ensuring our global administration (expenses, payroll) runs smoothlyOwn and improve key financial processes, such as budgeting and forecastingAct as a financial partner to our teams, turning financial data into business cases and recommendations that guides their decisions.With a specific Norrsken House;Take full ownership of the House’s finances, from budgeting and cash flow to cost control.Prepare financial and tax documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements.Manage membership finances, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.You’d thrive and succeed in this role if you:Have 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controlling.Possess strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.Are analytical and structured, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.Thrive on ownership - you step up and drive things forward, and ask for support when needed.Enjoy ambiguity and a fast-paced environment where not everything is defined. You take on both complex challenges and routine tasks with full force.Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and verbal.
