Finance CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator with a background in audit, financial modelling, and budgeting. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role is key to driving financial integrity, compliance, and strategic decision-making. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.10+ years of experience in financial reporting, controlling, budgeting, and financial modelling (including 3-statement models).Audit experience, ideally with a Big 4 or similar firm.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools a plus.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Finance Director in overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Oversee the accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Continuously identify and drive opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.Apply audit expertise to enhance internal controls, compliance, and risk management practices.Build and maintain 3-statement financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and business decisions.Monitor the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with business units to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.Monitor and analyze financial performance, cash flow, expenses, and working capital.Act as primary liaison during external and internal audits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.Recommend process improvements and financial best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.Prepare financial analysis and handling ad-hoc financial analysis requests for senior management and external stakeholders.
