Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

If you’re eager to strengthen the financial sustainability of ATP Capital by driving budgeting, cash flow management and strategic planning processes and delivering sharp analytical insights that guide key decisions and maximize investment impact, join us!Responsibilities• Execution of financial transactions and reporting processes between the parent company and group companies • Managing the monthly budgeting process; coordinating with relevant departments and group companies, consolidating data and performing variance analysis • Monitoring cash flow and preparing projections; liquidity planning, tracking banking activities, and managing payment-collection processes • Developing financial models and preparing medium- and long-term strategic business plans for new business models, investments, and projects • Preparing financial projections and analyses for senior management and investor presentations • Preparing monthly management reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying improvement opportunities • Early identification of financial risks and providing proactive action recommendationsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields • 3–6 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Analysis • Advanced knowledge of Excel and strong financial modeling skills • Experience in financial reporting, budget tracking, and cash flow management • Strong analytical thinking skills and data-driven decision-making capability • Good command of English • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
