The Singapore operations include a mix of legacy entities and newly acquired businesses, requiring enhanced financial oversight, governance, and integration. In support of its ongoing transformation journey, the company is seeking an accomplished Finance Director to lead financial operations across both Singapore and Myanmar and to serve as a key interface between the two markets.The RoleBased in Singapore, the Finance Director will oversee financial management, governance, compliance, and reporting across multiple business units. The role carries responsibility for ensuring consistent financial standards, statutory alignment, and high-quality reporting across Singapore and Myanmar. The individual will lead cross-border financial processes, manage due diligence and M&A activities, and oversee import, export, and offshore documentation. Working closely with senior leadership, the Finance Director will drive system standardization, process improvements, and strategic financial planning to support operational performance, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. This position requires a leader capable of navigating both mature and emerging market environments while providing strong financial stewardship and strategic insight.The PersonThe ideal candidate will bring 15 to 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience across regional or multi-entity environments within consumer, distribution, or diversified business settings. The individual should have a strong foundation in financial reporting, governance, M&A, due diligence, and cross-border structuring, with demonstrated ability to operate confidently in both Singapore and developing-market contexts. Strategic yet hands-on, the candidate must demonstrate sound commercial judgment, strong leadership capability, and effective stakeholder engagement.In alignment with the cross-border scope of the position, candidates who are legally eligible to work in Singapore and who have deep familiarity with Myanmar’s business, regulatory, and operational landscape will be highly regarded. This includes professionals with substantial experience working with Myanmar-based operations or consumer markets.
