Assistant Finance Manager – Investments & Reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead the accounting and financial reporting for the REIT Manager and its group of entities.Oversee monthly entries and ensure accurate consolidation with input from property finance teams.Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors and service providers.Support real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.Handle cash flow, payments, and bank account operations across entities.Coordinate company secretarial and compliance filings with internal and external stakeholders.Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Requirements: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA or CA preferred).At least 5 years of experience in financial consolidation.Background in real estate or REITs is a plus.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a lean team.Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to collaborate with Chinese-speaking colleagues.Please send your application, including your resume and current and expected salary, to Careers@sg.drakeintl.com, quoting reference AFM/HHL.Registration No. R1656042 | EA License No. 11C3510 | Drake International
