Finance Director

There is now an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B digital marketplace company as a Finance Director. With a strong footprint in the industry and an ambitious roadmap ahead, the Finance Director will be part of the leadership team and drive financial excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.Reporting into the CEO, the Finance Director will take full ownership of the company's financial position, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance across all financial processes from forecasting, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, and audit. You will be a finance business partner to the CEO and leadership team, strategizing business plans, analyzing performances, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. You will manage investor relations, and prepare presentations on key insights on performances, risk and opportunities to the board. In addition, you will lead initiatives to automate finance processes, leveraging on analytics and other digital tools to develop dashboards or other decision-making frameworks. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded individual, who wants to go beyond numbers in a fast paced, and dynamic environment. You will possess at least 10 years' experience in a finance leadership role from a startup or growth environment, ideally with experience in e-commerce or the maritime sector.
