We also have an information service that brings innovation to bond price discovery, AI-based news and analytics, and delivers these services via mobile, web and APIs.BondbloX is also an Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) accredited training provider, educating the Singapore finance community on Digital Assets, Bonds and Sustainable Finance.BondbloX took 1st place for the MAS Singapore Financial Institution Award 2022 at the Singapore Fintech Festival, and also won the UBS Future of Finance Challenge 2021.Please visit www.bondblox.com for further information.FINANCIAL REPORTING AVPAbout the role:You will be based in Singapore reporting into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Singapore, and commit to 2-3 days per week.Key responsibilities:·       Assist in the month end closing process including analytical review and timely reporting·       Perform daily Regulatory reporting·       Take ownership of monitoring and reporting of all client billing·       Take ownership of Accounts Payable/Receivable, ensuring timely fee collection·       Facilitate subsidy claims for IBF accredited trainings·       Monitor cashflow for efficient use of funds·       Prepare and submit annual FATCA/CRS returns·       Review GST returns·       Maintain good relationships with external Accountants and Auditors·       Assist the Business to perform ad hoc analysisWhat are we looking for?The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:·       Bachelor’s degree in finance/business/economic·       Professional qualification from a recognised professional accountancy body, CA preferred·       Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills·       Analytical and data-driven mindset to address problems and initiatives·       Comfortable with remote reporting lines·       A desire to learn new things within an ever-changing and innovative environment·       Self-driven and self-starter who takes initiative and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines·       Team player with a proactive can-do attitude ·       Strong sense of ownership·       Experience working in a Regulated Financial Institution or FinTech·       Experience working with Xero would be an advantage·       Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience Interested?Please submit your resume to geoff.logan@bondblox.com with your current and expected Salary.
