Finance Executive

Location: FCT, AbujaEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, including income, expenditure, and investments.Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts.Ensure accurate invoicing processes and track client payments to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of receivables.Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation for all transactions.Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.Monitor financial transactions to detect and investigate irregularities or discrepancies.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, support tax planning, and manage tax filings.Liaise with auditors and support internal and external audit exercises.Track economic and market changes that may affect financial planning and risk.Provide strategic input on cost-saving initiatives and revenue improvement opportunities.RequirementsB.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) is a strong advantage.5+ years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting function in a finance house.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools.Solid knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.Experience in invoicing and tracking payments from clients is essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.SalaryN400,000 - N500,000Application Closing Date30th September, 2025.How to ApplyInterested and qualified candidate should send their CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.
