Discrimination cannot be tolerated.”GENERAL QUALIFICATIONSUniversity graduate (from departments such as accounting, business administration, economics, etc.).No military service obligationsAt least 5 years of experience in the construction sector.Experienced in accounting and tax practices of construction projectsFluent English communication skills are required.Proficient in project Project finance reporting.Knowledgeable in financial operation processes.Experienced in Project subcontractor management.Capable of conducting negotiations with clients and partnes.JOB DESCRIPTIONProviding support for financial operations.(Including preliminary invoice entries, creation of payment instructions, and preparation of monthly cash flow and project financial progress reports)Informing the project finance team to periodically review customer and vendor accounts and take necessary actions accordingly.Ensuring coordination between project and central finance teams and guiding necessary actions accordingly.Obtaining, delivering, and tracking the due dates of employer guarantee letters.Ensuring that project reports are collected from the respective project teams in line with the defined reporting calendar, and conducting thorough reviews to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.Preparing reports on the financial adequacy of companies to be contracted, based on financial analysis and risk assessments.Monitoring project stock levels and guiding project teams to take action in line with stock day targets.
