Join us in shaping the future of the automotive industry at Ford Otosan!What awaits you in this role?The Manufacturing Finance Team member is responsible for providing operating management with financial analysis of monthly operating results. You will have the opportunity to develop your unique skills, innovate, as well as take on expanded roles to capitalize on your potential while gaining global exposure.What are we looking for in this position?• Providing monthly and annual forecast for the company• Preparing annual budget and 5 years long term budget plan for the business units• Evaluating variances of forecast and actual and sharing with the business units• Taking an active role in coordination of financial targets among departments and executives• Communication with business units and project teams and proactively work together on budget related matters• Preparing feasibility assessment to assist evaluation investment decisions• Ensuring information of financial operations and its impacts within business units to create an active working environment• Evaluation and approval of expenditure requests in compliance with budgets• Answer the ad-hoc requests from other departments• Taking an active role in budgeting/accounting system development• Generate and maintain business desicion specific reports, dashboards and analytical solutions using mutliple AI/BI tools, Business Objects, and other sources (intermediate level)Technical & Behavioural Skills and Competencies• Excellent teamwork and collaboration• Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making capabilities• Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be self-learner/developer• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams• Strong communication and problem solving mindset• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process orientation• Results driven, an individual who is able to deliver in a complex, high demanding environment• Extensive knowledge on data analysis/ data visualization/ data science is a strong asset• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with senior level management• Advanced level of English (both written and verbal)Role Location• Relocate – Live/willing to live in KocaeliWhen You Start Your Career In "Ford Otosan";• We have hybrid working model and you can enjoy being part of an agile team.• You'll become a member of Koç Pension Foundation• You and your loved ones will enjoy the benefits of KoçAilem• You'll choose the side benefits with FlextraThe only criterion evaluated in the recruitment and employment is suitability for the job; equal opportunity is provided without any discrimination.What About Us?Ford Otosan, being one of the top three exporting companies in Turkey since 2004, has achieved 13 consecutive years of automotive industry championship and is Turkiye goods product export champion for 9 years in a row.
