Backed by NEOM and Merak Exel, and growing fast — we’re expanding our core team to support our next stage of scale.🔹 Role OverviewWe are hiring a full-time Finance & Forecasting Associate — a proactive fresh graduate who will own our bookkeeping, support monthly financial reports, and help build financial forecasts and models for the company.This role sits at the heart of our operations and is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Finance Manager in a high-growth tech startup.🔹 Key Responsibilities📘 Bookkeeping & Daily Finance Operations • Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping records for all Phys transactions. • Track expenses, invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments. • Manage monthly closing activities with our external accounting firm. • Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards and tax requirements (VAT, ZATCA, etc.).📊 Financial Forecasting & Analysis • Build and maintain financial models (cash flow, runway, budget forecasts). • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial dashboards for leadership. • Support fundraising reporting and investor updates. • Conduct variance analysis and track budget vs. actual spending.🏛 Financial Governance • Help implement internal financial controls. • Support contract reviews from a financial perspective. • Coordinate with auditors, bookkeeping companies, and internal departments.🔹 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, forecasting basics). • High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset. • Interest in startups, finance, and learning fast. • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.🔹 Bonus Points • Experience with QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar systems. • Internship experience in finance or accounting. • Passion for gaming, AR, or children’s wellness.🔹 What We Offer • Competitive salary for fresh graduates plus national insurance  • Fast career growth • Work directly with founding team • Exposure to fundraising, financial strategy, and startup scaling • A fun, mission-driven culture • Most days online, max 5 days a month physically in Riyadh
