Finance Lead (Assistant Manager Level - SGX Listed Company)Permanent Role Onsite work arrangement Work location: CBD areaThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to act as the finance lead for assigned business units and entities. This role oversees full sets of accounts, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. You will report directly to the Financial Controller.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & CompliancePrepare audited financial statements and manage XBRL submissions in accordance with statutory requirements.Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audits and corporate tax filings.Oversee GST submissions and review tax computations.Cash Flow & Treasury ManagementMonitor daily cash flow positions and recommend fund transfers as needed.Manage banking matters such as account openings/closures and mandate maintenance.Budgeting, Forecasting & AnalysisSupport budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with business units on financial projections.Consolidate budgets and prepare management reports, including variance analysis.Corporate Initiatives & Special ProjectsProvide financial insights for new business initiatives, transactions, and financing activities.Oversee dormant and offshore entities where required.Support liquidation activities and special accounting projects.Finance Operations & Process ImprovementLead finance system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.Work with corporate secretarial teams on directors’ resolutions and related compliance matters.Your BackgroundDegree in Accounting.CA/CPA qualified (CA, ACCA, or equivalent).7–9 years of full-set accounting and reporting experience, including exposure with a Big Four audit firm.Experience working in SGX-listed companies.Experience with Oracle Fusion is an advantage.
