Finance Manager

Location: Dublin City CentreCompensation: Up to €75k basic plus bonus, 25 days ALHybrid: Yes Job type: Full time, permanentOur SME client is looking to welcome a Finance Manager to join in them in the creative media space. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and approachable qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) who thrives in an autonomous role. This role offers strong flexibility and work life balance in a friendly environment, alongside scope to become involved in the commercial side of the business.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business; AR, AP, Cashflow, bank recsBi-monthly VAT returns and monthly payroll processingPrepare financial reports and forecasts with reporting to managementProvide financial insight to support strategic business decisionsAd hoc duties as requiredKey Skills:Technically strong qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or equivalentc. 3 years' PQE, ideally within an SME environmentStrong systems experience (Sage and Accounts IQ is an advantage)Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial record keepingComfortable working independently and as part of a tight-knit, open and friendly team
