Senior Managment Accountant

Your new role As Management Accountant, you will report to the Operations Director - Finance and collaborate closely with the CFO and Accounts Team. Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts and compiling reports for senior managementAnalysing costs and revenues to ensure financial integrityManaging and maintaining accounting software, contributing to its developmentEnsuring Revenue compliance across VAT, RCT, and payroll functionsSupporting the payroll process and liaising with relevant departmentsAssisting with the annual audit and financial reporting requirementsDeveloping and managing financial systems and policiesProviding expert support on construction-specific finance issuesCommunicating financial insights across departments and senior leadershipWhat you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll bring:A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)Qualified by experience may also be considered.3-5 years of experience in accountancy, ideally within the construction industryMust have longevity and stability in recent roles to be consideredWhat you'll get in return You'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where your expertise will be valued and your contributions recognised.
