Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support strategic business decisions.📍 Location: Moratuwa 💼 Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements • Develop financial strategies, policies, and internal controls • Support management with financial insights, reports, and recommendations • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners • Lead and guide the finance team to achieve departmental goalsRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (Professional qualifications like ACCA/CIMA preferred) • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
