We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven investment professional to join our team as a Fund Manager – Unit Trust Funds.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow a portfolio of Unit Trust funds across various asset classes (equity, fixed income, balanced, hybrid), ensuring strong performance aligned with fund objectives.Develop and execute investment strategies based on market research, macroeconomic trends, and fund mandates.Monitor fund performance, rebalance portfolios, and optimize asset allocation.Conduct in-depth analysis of listed equities, corporate debt, and other relevant securities.Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal governance standards.Prepare and present reports on fund performance, market outlook, and strategy updates to senior management and investors.Collaborate with distribution and client servicing teams to support fund growth and investor engagement.Participate in Investment Committee meetings and contribute to broader investment discussions.Qualifications & Requirements:A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with full qualifications in CIMA, ACCA, or CFA.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Unit Trust funds, ideally across multiple asset classes.Strong knowledge of capital markets, NAV pricing, portfolio construction, and investor reporting.Proven decision-making and analytical skills with a solid track record of fund performance.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.If you're passionate about portfolio management, eager to drive performance across Unit Trust funds, and ready to grow with one of Sri Lanka’s most dynamic asset managers — we’d love to hear from you.Softlogic Invest is an equal opportunity employer.
