Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Cards Sales - Business Development professional based in Colombo. The role involves promoting and selling DFCC Bank's credit card products to potential customers, developing business opportunities, and establishing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying market trends, managing customer queries, providing excellent customer service, and achieving set sales targets in alignment with the Bank's objectives. This role requires active collaboration with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Credit Card sales and a solid understanding of credit card products and policiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customersExceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused approachUnderstanding of finance and basic financial principlesProven ability to meet sales targets, develop strategies, and deliver resultsLeadership qualities and ability to work within a team environmentPrior experience in sales, especially in banking or financial services, is preferred
