Area Sales Supervisor - North

Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading name in the mother and baby care industry, is looking for an experienced Area Sales Supervisor to drive growth and success in the North Area.Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned area.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure optimal performance.Conduct regular field visits to ensure excellent customer service standards.Lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.Prepare and submit daily, monthly sales reports and other required documentation.Manage distributor relationships effectively.Develop brand-wise sales strategies.Key QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in FMCG or the mother & baby care industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in MS Office applications.A valid riding license and willingness to travel extensively.If you are confident that you are the person we are looking for, please forward your CV to : hr@limraholdings.com
