Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Colombo with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, providing customer support, training clients on product use, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include researching market trends, supporting sales management tasks, and effectively communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiriesProficiency in Sales and Sales Management tasks, with the ability to understand and execute sales strategiesExperience or willingness to assist in Training clients on products or servicesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaborativelyBasic knowledge of sales and marketing tools or relevant software would be beneficialCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
