Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chilaw for a Sales Executive / Assistant Manager - Bancassurance. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with bank staff and customers, identifying customer needs, and offering AIA Sri Lanka's insurance and financial products. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting financial planning sessions, networking with clients, and presenting product solutions effectively. The role also includes mentoring and supporting assigned team members when applicable. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and engage customers effectivelyStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial products clearlyKnowledge of financial planning and insurance products, and experience in related fields is an advantageRelationship management and customer support skills, with a focus on maintaining client trust and satisfactionTeam collaboration skills, with an ability to guide and support team members as requiredSelf-motivation and a results-driven attitudeA degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
