Role Description This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role based in Colombo. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions in the real estate sector. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to clients, conducting property tours, handling inquiries, closing sales deals, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales targets, providing feedback on market trends, and participating in ongoing sales and marketing strategies. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to identify and meet client needsCommunication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on persuasive storytelling and active listeningMarketing skills, such as market analysis and leading promotional campaignsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage accounts and meet sales objectivesAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independentlyFamiliarity with the real estate sector is preferredProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
