As the Finance - Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.QualificationsProficiency in accounting software (Quick Book) and MS Office Suite.Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar role is preferred.A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial statements, budget forecasts, and management reports.Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist in audit preparation.Perform financial analyses for cost efficiency and profitability improvements.Manage cash flows and maintain banking relationships.Oversee tax planning, preparation, and filing to ensure accuracy and compliance.Working HoursMonday to Friday - 8.30 AM to 5.30 PMSaturday - 8.30 AM - 1.30 PMBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for career growth and developmentPositive and inclusive work environmentFree Gym MembershipPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
