The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving financial success for a company.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth and profitability goals- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements- Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax laws and regulations- Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources and minimize risk- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in financial regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial managementQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a large organization- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles- Proven track record of driving financial success and managing complex financial operations- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
