Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to work in close partnership with the CFO to shape and execute the financial strategy of our growing IT company. About UsWe are an international IT company with 12 years of experience helping European clients digitalize their businesses. We develop secure, stable, and scalable web solutions and mobile applications. 🚀 Clients: huge organizations, enterprise businesses and ambitious brands mainly from EU 📈 Average project duration – 4 years, with a strong dedicated team for each. 🌍 Work format: Hybrid or fully remote. 👨‍💻 Team: 60+ specialists from 8 countries, working in Agile, automating processes, and valuing transparency.Key Responsibilities:💳 Operational Management of Cash Flows & TreasuryManagement of daily cash flows, liquidity.Maintaining a payment calendar.Preparation and execution of payments through banks/banking systems.Processing incoming transactions and handling documentation for banking operations.📈 Reporting & ComplianceParticipation in the preparation of management and financial reports (PNL, CF, various reports for external and internal users).Involvement in the budgeting process.👥 Payroll Processpayroll processing: including salary and related payment accruals, documentary work, and settlements with freelancers.📑 Document FlowManagement of document flow related to financial activities.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.3+ years of experience of working in the related field; prior experience in the role of Finance Manager/Finance Specialist in IT, consulting firms or data-driven research organizations is a strong advantage.Knowledge of IFRS.Hands-on experience with Google Sheets.Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and structured manner.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.We encourage initiative, responsibility, openness!What We Offer💰 Competitive Compensation – Salary based on experience and qualifications.
